1.1 Definitions
1) Management: Referring to the White's Corporation's (company No. 2010042 in the state of San Andreas) managemen.
2) Owner: The rightful owner of an apartment which is bound to the Terms of Service of the Verona beach apartment complex, possessed by the White's Corporation's (company No. 2010042 in the state of San Andreas).
3) Tenant: A tenant of an apartment in the Verona beach apartment complex, possessed by the White's Corporation's (company No. 2010042 in the state of San Andreas).
4) Seller: An apartment owner who is (or recenthly has) sold his apartment to anyone else.

1) WhiteCorp.: Abbrevation for White's Corporation referring to company No. 2010042 in the state of San Andreas.
2) ToS: Abbrevation for Terms of Service of the Verona beach apartment complex, possessed by the White's Corporation's (company No. 2010042 in the state of San Andreas).
2. General Conditions
1) It is prohibited to make loud noise between 22.00 and 7.00. Violating this rule three times in a month hands the complex owner (WhiteCorp. management) the right to evict you with a time limit of two weeks after the last violation.
2) The parking lot in front of and belonging to the apartment complex provides one parking spot for each apartment. Only one spot may be used for each apartment. Violating this rule five times in a month hands the complex owner (WhiteCorp. management) the right to evict you with a time limit of two weeks after the last violation. Tenants will have to negotiate with the owner if the tenant is allowed to use it, the management does not get involved in this.
3) It is prohibited to inflict permanent damage/destruction/loss to furniture/objects belonging to the apartment complex itself. If there's any suspicion regarding damage/destruction/loss to furniture/object belonging to the apartment itself the WhiteCorp. management is allowed to search the apartment and if any damage/destruction/loss is noticed it gives the WhiteCorp. management the right to demand the apartment owner to refund the damage and pay a financial penalty of $27,500.
4) A tenant has to abide to the ToS, the owner of the apartment, the tenant is residing in is forced to inform the tenant about the ToS. If the tenant fails to abide the apartment owner is responsible for any violation to the ToS.
5) All apartment owners, tenants and their guests are allowed to use the Verona apartment complex swimming pool. It is not permitted to drink alcohol when using the swimming pool.
3. Financial Conditions
1) An apartment owner is required to inform the complex owner (WhiteCorp. management) if he is about to sell his/her apartment. The WhiteCorp. management has to stay informed about the sale of the apartment, the apartment owner is responsible for this. Failure to do so hands the WhiteCorp. management the right to demand the apartment owner to pay a financial penalty of $27,500. Upon selling an apartment to a third party the WhiteCorp. management receives 10% of the price (to be paid by the seller) the purchaser is required to pay to gain ownership from the apartment owner, removing his ownership. If 10% of price reaches less than $20,000 the seller is required to pay $20,000. Committing fraud by lowering your price due to this regulation hands the WhiteCorp. management the right to sue the seller for fraud and is allowed to demand the seller to pay a financial penalty worth the market price of the apartment he/she is selling.
2) All apartment owners are forced to pay a monthly tax of $8,000 which will be spent to the payment of janitors and stewards. If an apartment owner fails to pay within a time limit of one week the WhiteCorp. management has the right to evict the apartment owner and all of its tenants. No refund is given.
3) Apartment owners are allowed to possess up to one apartment in the complex. Failure to abide to this regulation give the WhiteCorp. management the right to evict the apartment owner out of all his apartments within the Verona beach apartment complex, possessed by the White's Corporation's (company No. 2010042 in the state of San Andreas).
